Client Care Telephonist - Part Time

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, organised and people-oriented telephonist to join our expanding Client Care team in the beautiful North Yorkshire city of Ripon. This exciting opportunity is for a part time position up to 33 hours working within an established team. The hours are on a rota basis working between 8am and 6.30pm,length of shifts may vary depending on the needs of the business. The successful candidate will be required to join the weekend rota which currently rotates at 1:11 weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The role is based at our Ripon Hospital but will support all of our branches. Flexibility for some weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays is essential. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, be a great communicator,demonstrate empathy and compassion and have a professional telephone manner.
