Our surgical team is led by Ian McClive MA VetMB CertSAS MRCVS, RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery.
Ian is supported by: Alex Kendall BVM&S PgCertVPS CertAVP(GSAS) MRCVS, RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery and Laura Pearce BVetMedSci BVM BVS PgC(SAS) Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery.
The surgical team is supported by nurses Claire Dennis & Laura Hawley.
We perform a wide range of soft tissues procedures including but not limited to the following:
- BOAS surgery
- Perineal herniorrhaphy
- Oncological surgery
- Ear surgery – Lateral Wall Resection, Total Ear Canal Ablation with Bulla Osteotomy
- Gastrointestinal surgery
- Urethrostomy
- Liver and gall bladder surgery
We believe in sensible fixed pricing for many of these more complicated procedures enabling owners to budget for their pet's care. Our prices include initial consultation, radiographs, blood work, surgical procedure, associated medications, hospitalisation, two post-operative checks, initial follow-up radiographs at 4 – 6 weeks if indicated and VAT. A CT scan can also be added to any of the all-inclusive processes above including consultant interpretation.
