Our fabulous new app is a great way for you to communicate with the team here at Bishopton!

Since we launched PetsApp in April 2020, 4294 of our lovely clients have signed up to the App.

PetsApp can be used to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, general queries and pet care advice, plus virtual consultations all from the team you know and trust. It's easy to use and really helpful if you want to send photos or videos in advance of your appointment - so we can be working out what's the matter with your pet. 

When your pet is staying with us for a procedure the App enables us to send you updates - so we can keep you up-dated without disturbing your day!

To get you up and running on PetsApp you have a number of options:

Call your local sugery and we will register your pet on PetsApp and then send you a text with a magic link. This will take you to the AppStore for you to install the app. Your pet will already be registered on there and you will just need to create a password.

Scan the adjacent QR code on your phone and it will take you directly to PetsApp.

Or from a smartphone or tablet (not a desktop) click on the link which will take you to the AppStore for you to download PetsApp. Then install and add your pet’s details.
