Julie joined Bishopton Veterinary Group in May 2015 after previously owning her own Dog Grooming business, and works evenings and Saturdays at our Toft Lodge Branch in Easingwold.
Julie has a son, Thomas and has two dogs, Bridget, a 7 year old Beagle and Clover a 1 year old Cockerpoo. In her spare time Julie enjoys walking and sightseeing with her dogs and is currently learning to play the piano.
Kathryn is AMTRA R-SQP qualified and joined Bishopton in January 2017. Kathryn is part of our new Northallerton team and is enjoying growing our Northallerton client base. In her spare time Kathryn enjoys helping out on the family dairy and sheep farms and she been a steward in the sheep section for the Great Yorkshire Show since 2009.
Tamara is one of our healthcare assistants, looks after our large animal areas here at Bishopton Vets, is in charge of all our lost and found animals, and has helped pets find their owners, or find new owners.
Tamara also runs our work experience programmes for students in school or college.
Beverley qualified from the College of Animal Welfare as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2001, she later gained her qualification in animal physiotherapy in 2013 and her diploma in Advanced Feline Behaviour in 2016.
Outside of work, Beverley enjoys running and walking her two year old Labrador Finn.
James joined Bishopton in September 2015 in the role of business development manager. Having spent the previous 20 years working in the motor industry latterly with VW and SEAT. He is passionate about delivering excellent value and service. James has first hand experience of the practice having been on the other side of the counter as a client for 15 years. Outside of work he plays cricket for Bishop Monkton, enjoys cycling and spending time with his three children and cocker spaniel 'Wiggo'.
