Small and Domestic Animals
Bishopton small animal department consists of 6 veterinary surgeons supported by 7 fully qualified veterinary nurses, 2 student nurses and 2 nursing assistants.
We have modern purpose built hospitalisation facilities for the care of patients and a nurse on the premises overnight to monitor in-patients.
X-ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Endoscopy and laboratory facilities enable us to offer excellent high quality healthcare investigations and treatments to our patients. In addition we have visiting Dermatology and Opthalmology specialists providing referral services and we have the only specialist Radioactive Iodine Unit for the treatment of hyperthyroidism in cats in the North of England.
Our practice nurses run classes in preventative medicine to help improve our patients quality of life and maintain good health. They also run very popular puppy training parties, as shown on Channel 5’s recent “Vets in Action” series, to start your puppy’s development in the best possible way.
We believe in providing all the necessary care and advice you will need to give your pet a full and healthy life. One of our very friendly receptionists would be only too happy to register your pet with us and start this enjoyable experience.
