Specialist consulting advice on pig herd health and management has been available through the pig department of Bishopton Veterinary Group for over 40 years. The focus of advice is always on the correct management of the individual pig and the herd to promote good health and to avoid as much as possible the effects of disease. Currently two full time veterinary surgeons are dedicated to this specialist area and work full time advising commercial pig farms and their staff how to get the best from their pigs.
