Emergencies
At Bishopton Veterinary Group Emergency Cover is available 24 hours a day all year round
Outside normal surgery hours the on-call vets can be contacted via our normal phone number.
You will be asked for specific details of the emergency by a duty operator who will then speak to the duty vet. The duty vet will then contact you.
If the phone is engaged or temporarily unobtainable due to areas of poor reception, please try again in a few minutes, you will be called as soon as the duty operator or vet becomes available.
To support the on call vet with any emergencies a veterinary nurse is on duty 24 hours a day on site at our main Ripon Surgery.
